Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We work with a variety of trusted production partners to fulfill your order depending on the item and your location. This helps us deliver faster and more sustainably.


Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days. 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way!


Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us at support@thestardustden.com within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to help.


Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Because many of our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out if there’s an issue — we want to make it right.
