At The Stardust Den, every item is made or curated with a sprinkle of stardust just for you. Because many of our products are printed on demand or seasonal, we cannot offer traditional returns or exchanges in all cases. However, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

### 📦 All Sales Are Final — But Here's the Magic Catch:

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products (especially apparel, pillows, and printed decor), **all sales are final** unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizes ordered (please refer to sizing charts)
- Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or clearly flawed, we’re happy to issue a **free replacement** or **full refund**.

### 📬 Order Not Delivered?

If your order is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you didn’t receive it:
- First, double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors
- Then contact us within **7 days** so we can help track it down
- Please note: stolen packages after confirmed delivery are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to assist
